We proudly introduce ourselves as Civil Engineers and Builders having commenced construction activity in the year 1997. Since its inception, we have made steady progress and our satisfied list of clients has ever been increasing all these years.
This is the result of the committed efforts put in by our team of young professionals to deliver quality and meet the deadlines to the entire satisfaction of our clients. We undertake to cater to all the needs of our clients starting from Project Design & Build to Construction & Interiors.
We and Our History
AMEYA INFRATECH was formerly known as JANANI BUILD TECH a proprietorship firm & was having the specialization in the field of construction.
JANANI BUILD TECH was founded in the year 1997 (year of establishment) by its Proprietor Upadhyay Padmanab K. Under the leadership of entrepreneur Upadhyay Padmanab K, JANANI BUILD TECH had the initial focus on projects including all civil works & site developments from across the Industry and Sectors. JANANI BUILD TECH had future plan in the business of creating value and assets in the Construction, Real Estate & Infrastructure sphere.
After joining of Aparna P U as partner in the year 2017, the company has been renamed as AMEYA INFRATECH and diversified in the field of MAJOR CONSTRUCTIONS, INTERIORS & REAL ESTATE.
Success Stories
We have successfully executed many projects for over 28+ years.
We had successfully executed the work in sensitive areas like defence establishments, where the labours are allowed only after the police verification.
It has been our work culture to do time bound projects in given condition. In the year 2005, we have done time bound, Shravanabelagola town beautification work project in 30days involving development of park, street foot path, UG cabling work including street lights, development of Temple Kalyani for Department of tourism, Govt of Karnataka, which is highly appreciated by the Department. It has been our attitude to take up challenging work in inhospitable conditions like constructing warehouse building with basement at the given condition of water level at 0.9 meter depth from the ground level with perfect waterproof basement with approach ramp to store delicate electronic goods at Koramangala, Bangalore.
Our Focus
Present main area of focus is construction, interiors & real estate. Market opportunities under review include infrastructure projects like roads and bridges. BOT and Realestate development Projects are also future core focus area of the firm.
